Our attorneys have also defended many class action cases, including personal injury and medical monitoring cases, environmental class actions, and consumer fraud claims. We helped defeat class certification on putative nationwide class of well owners alleging water contamination, effectively gaining dismissal of a docket once thought to have a value in excess of one billion dollars. We have obtained reversal of a “drive by” class finding hundreds of thousands of vehicle owners could collectively sue an auto manufacturer on warranty claims. We have defeated class actions alleging commercial damages on behalf of consumers for clients in a variety of industries.
