Dana Tucker

Dana Tucker is a partner with Fox Galvin where in addition to practicing commercial litigation, she is also currently defending two of the top hospitals in the country as well as two major pharmaceutical companies.

During the course of her twelve year practice, she has obtained extensive trial experience in the St. Louis area, as well as in Florida. Her practice has included personal injury, wrongful death, employment, and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented plaintiffs against insurance companies and employees against major corporate employers.
Ms. Tucker worked with renowned trial attorneys Willie E. Gary and Johnny Cochran on a misappropriation of trade secrets matter and obtained a verdict in excess of $200 million dollars.
As a plaintiff’s attorney, she has also settled a wrongful death case against a major elevator manufacturer for over $7 million dollars as well as three multi-million dollar discrimination cases.
As a defense attorney, she recently obtained a preliminary injunction that is estimated to have saved the firm’s client over $1 million dollars.
She is currently defending two major pharmaceutical companies in claims alleging a cholesterol drug and an acne medication caused serious personal injury and death.

Ms. Tucker is a St. Louis native. She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1986 and her law degree from St. Louis University in 1994. She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is admitted before the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern District of Missouri, and the Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Mound City Bar Association, the National Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
