Biography:
Erika N. Reynolds concentrates her practice on general business litigation, toxic exposure, personal injury including medical malpractice, employment law, and product liability cases. She handles all of aspects of pre-trial litigation in these areas. Currently she is involved in a multi-billion dollar genetically modified rice MDL and a high-exposure women’s birth control MDL. Her labor and employment experience includes representing and advising employers in wage and labor disputes, race and sex discrimination claims, and FMLA and Workers Compensation matters. Ms. Reynolds recently obtained a dismissal of an employer in a Missouri Human Rights Act case. She also defends a local municipality in personal injury and premises liability suits that arise at a major international airport.

Prior to joining Fox Galvin in December 2009, Ms. Reynolds practiced at a large national law firm headquartered in St. Louis. She earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2007, and her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton in 2002. Ms. Reynolds is licensed to practice in Missouri, including the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts, and Illinois, including the Southern Federal District Court.
