Jonathan Garside

Jon Garside has achieved significant success in the trial and appeal of complex cases. He concentrates his practice on the defense of product liability, class action, medical malpractice, and commercial lawsuits. He has first-chaired several cases to defense verdicts, disposing of many more on pretrial motions. Jon has also successfully argued appeals in both state and federal courts.
