Katherine M. Fowler joined Fox Galvin as an associate in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fowler worked as an associate in the litigation department of a large regional law firm. She has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract actions, prosecuting and handling commercial lease disputes, trust and estate litigation, municipal and zoning matters, as well as defending products liability actions and environmental litigation. In addition, Ms. Fowler:
  • has served as the City attorney for the City of Kirkwood Board of Adjustment and City of Crestwood Board of Adjustment.
  • has obtained summary judgment on two major litigation cases in the past year.
  • recently second-chaired a medical malpractice case to a defense verdict in the City of St. Louis.
  • In 2007, Ms. Fowler second-chaired a Missouri Merchandising Practices Act case to a defense verdict in St. Louis County.
  • is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
  • received her law degree from St. Louis University School of Law (cum laude, Order of the Woolsack), and her undergraduate degree from University of Dayton (cum laude).

Ms. Fowler is also a Board Member of Let's Start, a non-profit organization that aims to break the cycle of incarceration in families by using the personal experiences of its participants to support recovery.
