Katherine M. Fowler joined Fox Galvin as an associate in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fowler worked as an associate in the litigation department of a large regional law firm. Ms. Fowler has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract actions, prosecuting and handling commercial lease disputes, trust and estate litigation, and municipal and zoning matters. In addition, Ms. Fowler:
- has served as the City attorney for the City of Kirkwood Board of Adjustment and City of Crestwood Board of Adjustment.
- concentrates her practice on commercial litigation matters, commercial lease disputes, defending products liability actions and environmental litigation.
- is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. She is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
- received her law degree from St. Louis University School of Law (cum laude, Order of the Woolsack), and her undergraduate degree from University of Dayton (cum laude).
