Biography:
Terry Lueckenhoff joined Fox Galvin, LLC, in February 2008. He began his career serving as a Law Clerk to the Honorable George F. Gunn, Jr., Missouri Court of Appeals. He has been a partner in several prominent litigation firms and a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. He was also a full time member of the faculty at St. Louis University School of Law for four years and continued as a member of the adjunct faculty for several years after returning to the full time practice of law in 1993. Terry has been a member of the National Trial Team and Regional Counsel in several multi-district mass tort/products liability litigation cases involving pharmaceuticals and genetically engineered crops.
Terry:
- has extensive trial and appellate litigation experience in defense of products liability cases involving drugs, blood products, vaccines, genetically engineered crops, chemicals, consumer products, and industrial machinery.
- has extensive trial and appellate experience in defense of class action suits.
- is the court appointed Lead Counsel for In Re: Genetically Modified Rice Litigation, MDL #1811.
- is the court appointed Co-Liaison Counsel for In Re: Yaz and Yasmin (Drospirenone) Marketing Sales Practices and Product Liability Litigation, MDL #2100.
Terry is a charter member of the St. Louis Hornets Rugby Club and a long time Treasurer and Director of the Missouri Rugby Football Union. Terry is also the manager of the Fox Park Farm Community Garden.
