Thomas J. In addition to being a trial attorney, Mr. Smith has lectured in the areas of risk management, lawsuit prevention, and trial strategy to hospitals, doctors, and other medical professionals. Mr. Smith is a founding partner of Fox Galvin, LLC. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois, along with state and federal appellate courts in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Smith received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis while a member of the University basketball team. He received his law degree from Saint Louis University in 1993.
