ter a five week trial, an Orlando, Florida jury returned a verdict in excess=
 of $200 Million dollars. In a St. Louis, Missouri case, after a week-long t=
rial, a major St. Louis company settled a wrongful death case brought by Ms.=
 Walker=92s client for over $7 Million dollars. Ms. Tucker, along with other=
 attorneys, represented a young man who lost his life as a result of a fire =
while working inside an elevator.=0D=0ADuring the last two years, Ms. Tucker=
 practiced in Stuart Florida directly under the tutelage of one of the count=
ry=92s top fifty trial lawyers. Her work involved personal injury, commercia=
l litigation and class action and multi plaintiff employment discrimination =
matters. During this time, she assisted in settling three multi-million doll=
ar discrimination cases before the cases were filed with the court. =0D=0AAt=
 Fox Galvin, Ms. Tucker is continuing with her specialty in handling employm=
ent and commercial litigation matters, and is additionally defending product=
 liability and professional negligence claims. She is currently defending a =
major pharmaceutical company in claims alleging a cholesterol drug has cause=
d serious personal injury and death, and is also defending a group of claims=
 alleging children have developed autism as a result of a preservative used =
in their childhood vaccines.=0D=0AMs. Tucker is a St. Louis native. She rece=
ived her undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Misso=
uri, Columbia in 1986 and her law degree from St. Louis University in 1994. =
She is licensed to practice in Missouri and Florida and is admitted before t=
he U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern District of Missouri, an=
