ts in Missouri and Illinois. Most recently, he obtained a defense verdict fo=
r a major transportation company in a personal injury lawsuit filed in Illin=
ois. Mr. Erickson has argued four appeals, winning all four.=0D=0A=0D=0AMr. =
Erickson received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Indiana=
 University in 1989. He graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law =
in 1992 with academic distinction. Thereafter, he served a one-year appointm=
ent as an assistant to the Missouri Attorney General. Mr. Erickson entered p=
rivate practice in 1993 when he joined the St. Louis litigation firm of Brow=
n & James. While with Brown & James, Mr. Erickson concentrated his practice =
in the areas of personal injury litigation, products liability defense and c=
ommercial litigation. Mr. Erickson became associated with Sandberg, Phoenix =
and von Gontard in 2000. When four partners from the firm formed Fox Galvin,=
 LLC, Mr. Erickson accepted an invitation to join the firm as a senior assoc=
iate.=0D=0A=0D=0AMr. Erickson is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illino=
is and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for=
